I have been a co-founder and executive at CORESPEQ Inc since 2011. I love to solve teams’ problems at hand by designing and architecting solutions and implementing them with various technologies. By exploiting DSL, I have developed a test generator that produces test source code that runs on cloud computing platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, Mesos and Kubernetes. It greatly reduced the errors in writing test harnesses and testing time. I started a private cloud management project that enabled a low cost of management on virtual machines and bare-metal machines with a software defined storage (Ceph) and the containerized workload orchestration platform (Kubernetes).

I have a Ph.D. and master in computer science. My focus is optimizing compilers for high performance computing using the Polyhedral Model and my specialty is tiling and code generation.

I studied mathematics at Hanyang University. It was fun and I still like mathematics: combinatorics, number theory, topology, and linear algebra.
